Canape: Blini's with hot smoked local fish, creme fraiche, chives
Entree: Zucchini flowers stuffed with goats cheese, tomato and olive dressing
Main: Crispy skin local reef fish, beurre blanc, goose fat roasted kipfler potatoes, green beans
Dessert: Eton mess with meringue, local berries and Cooloola cream
