BYO

Our venues are all fully licensed and therefore BYO is not permitted. No food or beverage is permitted into the premises unless prior permission has been obtained.

CHILDREN’S POLICY

Due to the fact that each course is matched with alcoholic beverages we reserve the right to limit our classes to guests over 18 years. Contact us directly should you want a relaxation of this policy.

CANCELLATION

If you are unable to attend we are able to keep your funds in credit to be used for a future class providing you give us a minimum of 7 days notice. If less than 7 days notice is given then you will forfeit the funds. The future class must be within 3 months of the date of the cancelled class.

If you are unable to attend you are welcome to transfer the ticket to someone who is available on that day. If this happens, please let us know so we know who to expect in the class.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are non-refundable.

Gift certificates must be used before the expiry date.

Gift certificates purchased for The Cooking School Noosa are not transferable to Wasabi Restaurant and Bar.

PAYMENT

Full Payment must be made upon booking.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

We make our best efforts to cater to the dietary requirements of all of our guests. Please note however, as you are part of a larger class there may be dishes on the menu that cannot be tailored to your specific needs. Providing we have been given advance notice we will ensure that there will be some dishes that are suitable for you. We ask that you contact us to discuss your individual requirements.

SUITABLE FOOTWEAR

Covered shoes must be worn during the class to protect from any spills or sharp knives.

INSURANCE/CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Although all reasonable care will be taken, The Cooking School Noosa and/or Wasabi Restaurant & Bar and/or The Wasabi Group cannot accept any responsibility for property lost or damaged prior to, during or after the class. The client is expected to conduct themselves in a legal and responsible manner and is responsible for the conduct of their guests and invitees. The client will be financially responsible for any loss or damage that occurs to the property, the cooking school, the restaurant, or its staff during their class.

PRICES

The quoted pricing is current at time of printing. Whilst every effort is made to maintain prices, they may be subject to alteration prior to your class.

UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

Due to any unforeseen circumstances or accidents, The Cooking School Noosa reserves the right to cancel any booking and refund any monies at any time.

Should we not meet the minimum number of clients for any particular class, The Cooking School reserves the right to cancel any booking and refund any monies at any time.

RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL

In accordance with the Responsible Service of Alcohol regulations, The Cooking School Noosa and Wasabi Restaurant & Bar, and The Wasabi Group reserves the right to terminate a function, to discontinue service of all alcohol to any intoxicated person(s) without liability and to take responsible action in assisting any intoxicated person from the premises. Please nominate a responsible adult in your party to act as a contact person for any issues that may arise during your function.

SMOKING

Under accordance with Queensland Health and Hygiene laws smoking is not permitted within the restaurant, cooking school and immediate surrounding areas. Guests will be directed to a designated smoking area. Guests will not be permitted to take alcohol beyond the licensed premises.
